AXIS is presenting machining solutions with its NexGen Micro and Macro Endmills, Drills, Engravers and Customised Tools specially designed for the Die and Mould Industry.

The main attraction of our showcase will be our range for CVD Diamond Coated Tools for Graphite Machining, Hard Machining and AXIS+ Cutting Tools with Super Finishing.

AXIS offers tools with close tolerances and highly uniform CVD Diamond Coating done in-house in first state-of-the-art CVD-Diamond coating facility in S.E.Asia  
Our range includes :
- Long Reach Square and Ballnose Endmills
- Long reach corner radius Endmills
- Roughing Endmills
- NexGen Drills
Hard part machining: This application requires tool geometry with stable cutting edges and close tolerances and reliable coatings. During the machining of hard parts tool wear is very fast because of heat generated during the machining. Hence, the tools require special edge stabilisation treatment on cutting edges along with suitable coatings which can reduce heat generation during the machining.
In-house coatings and front end controlled edge stabalisation in our tools enable us solve exacting applications.
At AXIS we manufacture Solid Carbide Endmills specially designed to meet these needs.
Our range includes :
- Ballnose Endmills with ball profile accuracy of ±0.002mm (On demand ±0.0015mm)
- Corner Radius Endmills with radius of ±0.005mm
- Square Endmill with special edge stabalisation treatment
AXIS + Cutting Tools with Super Finishing : We offer tooling solutions for precision machining for a wide range of applications and demanding materials. We use advanced manufacturing methods combined with the unique Swiss technology - MMP Technology- to make AXIS+ Cutting tools with Super finishing.
MMP Technology  continually reproduces mirror-like finishes with unrivalled  consistency and technical precision. This technology delivers these results even on very complex geometries.
